Returns Policy

Shipping: 

We do not currently ship on this site. All sales will be for Store Pickup only. We will announce if we will offer shipping products in the future. We don't have the logistical infrastructure to ship any of our products outside our singles website. So we can't ship you any of the products you see here. We will not respond to emails requesting shipping.

Store Pickup Policy:

All orders over $99 will need to have ID and the Credit Card used to place the order in order to receive products. This is a security measure to protect us and customers from fraudulent purchases and is strictly enforced.

WE DO NOT GIVE CASH BACK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
All returns require a receipt and are subject to manager approval. All refunds are issued in store credit only, this is because we incur fees the second orders are placed. If you need to cancel an order for any reason, we can only do so in store credit that can be used at anytime in the future for anything Next-Gen Games offers.

Pre-order Policy:

Preorders guarantee we hold the product in store for up 30 days after releases of the product. Should you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so at any time. Refunds are issued ONLY in store credit to a store account or Store Gift Card that can be used for any product or service sold by Next-Gen Games.  

General Info:

All Sealed card sales are final. This includes sealed booster packs & Boxes, single cards or any product that is contains randomized TCG cards.

Unopened Card Accessories: Can be exchanged for store credit within 7 days. This includes, sleeves, Binders, Dice and Paymats. Opened Accessories may only be returned as defective for exact item replacement.
