Shipping & Returns


We do not currently ship on this site. All sales will be for Store Pickup only. We will announce if we will offer shipping products in the future. 

Store Pickup Policy:

All orders over $99 will need to have ID and the Credit Card used to place the order in order to receive products. This is a security measure to protect us and customers from fraudulent purchases and is strictly enforced.

All returns require a receipt and are subject to manager approval. 

Pre-order Policy:

You may Cancel Pre-orders Prior to launch of the product. Once the product is released, should circumstances prevent you from acquiring your item, We can refund the full amount in store credit only. You may elect for us to hold the product for longer if need be as well, just let us know before the 30 days has elapsed. 

General Info:

All Sealed card sales are final. This includes sealed booster packs & Boxes, single cards or any product that is contains randomized TCG cards.

Unopened Card Accessories: Can be exchanged for store credit within 7 days. This includes, sleeves, Binders, Dice and Paymats. Opened Accessories may only be returned as defective for exact item replacement.


Used games come with a 30 day guarantee against defects. Defective games may be exchanged for the exact same item within those 30 days, or, if we don't have a sufficient replacement, store credit.
Don’t like a used game you bought from us? No problem. You have 7 days to bring it in to exchange it for store credit. If you exchange it more than one time, we may charge you a 20% restocking fee.
New accessories, once opened, are not returnable. Defective games and accessories may be exchanged for the exact same item only, and within 7 days.
New hardware is not returnable under any circumstances. All new hardware comes with a minimum 1 year warranty from the manufacturer.
Used systems have a 30 day guarantee. Defective used systems can only be exchanged for exact item, including make and color.


Board games may be returned UNOPENED with receipt within 7 days for store credit.
Opened board games may not be returned.
If a board game is defective or missing pieces, you must contact the board game manufacturer for replacement pieces. Next-Gen Games is not responsible for manufacturer defects. Below is the contact information for some of the manufacturers of our most popular games:
